Assistant digital marketing coordinator

The assistant digital marketing coordinator will help create, review and implement a strategic plan to grow the Dogleg Brewing Company brand and community. Primary responsibilities include content creation and management of all digital channels. The ideal candidate will be innovative and eager to develop new ideas while collaborating with the tasting room, sales, marketing and brewing team.

Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and updating content of the website, Google Business, Yelp, Shopify, TripleSeat and Dogleg App (Tapwyse), etc.
- Assisting with the design and execution of social media posts and campaigns
- Working with the creative team to curate unique content and build brand ambassador relationships as well as other important partnerships
- Oversee Shopify account and ensure inventory and products are up to date.
- Working with the tasting room manager to develop on-brand events
- Developing new marketing initiatives to build the Dogleg Brand.
- Use tools such as Google analytics to review metrics and report effectiveness of marketing campaigns to the leadership team
- Assist with other creative initiatives to drive sales
- Abide by brand guidebook and ensure consistency across all media and messaging
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Experience in craft beer, golf and/or hospitality preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging digital marketing content.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Skills
Experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of event marketing/coordinating tools such as TripleSeat
Desired
A knowledge of craft beer and/or golf- Experience in creating and marketing events
Pay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)
Expected hours: Starting at 10 – 20 per week
Schedule: Flexible
Work Location: Flex (onsite and remote)
