FAQs & Reminders for the Simulator

As the favorite amenity here at Dogleg, we have received many inquiries about renting the simulator and how to check in. We want to make sure you have the best time possible, so here are a few FAQs and friendly etiquette reminders when using the golf simulator:

  • Can anyone use the simulator?

    The simulator is available for rent to any patron 21 years and older. ALL patrons (including Dogleg Beer Club Members) must make a reservation before using the simulator and MUST check in at the bar before entering the simulator.

  • How can I book the simulator?

    You can book the simulator online or by calling the tasting room during business hours at 760-295-0402.

  • How much is it to rent the simulator?

    Patrons can book by the half hour: Mon-Thurs is $20 per half hour and Friday-Sunday is $35 per half hour. (Dogleg Members get their first hour free each day and are still required to make a reservation).

  • What is the cancellation policy if I need to cancel my appointment?

    LATE CANCEL & NO SHOW POLICY

    If you are unable to attend your simulator rental, please call the brewery or cancel online as soon as possible.

    Patrons (including Dogleg Beer Club Members) who cancel their booking within 8 hours of the appointment starting time will be charged $15 late cancel fee for 1-hour bookings and $10 for half-hour bookings.

     

    Dogleg Beer Club Members who reserve a time but do not show, will still be marked for one of their included monthly hours.

    Please keep in mind, when a simulator time is booked but unused, that means another group may be missing their chance to play.

  • What do I do when I arrive at the brewery for my reservation?

    All patrons (including members) must check in with the bartender prior to using the simulator.

  • Can I bring my own clubs? Or what if I don't have any?

    Yes, patrons may bring their own clubs. Please ensure your clubs are cleaned prior to using the simulator to keep our golf balls and projector screen in good condition :-) Clubs are currently available upon request for $5.

  • How many people are allowed to use the simulator at a time?

    Upon reservation, you may bring multiple people to use the simulator. It you have a party over 10 people, we ask that you please reserve through our tasting room manager to ensure we have adequate staffing and seating to accommodate your party.

  • What if I want to add on more time at the end?

    Patrons may add on more time if there is an open time slot available upon check-in! Please notify your bartender at least 15 minutes before the end of your initial appointment so they can double check the schedule is open and book the additional time for you.

*Simulator Rules:

  • Only one player permitted inside gated area at a time
  • ​Please book in advance
  • ​Must be 21 years or older to book and use simulator
